General Information
Welcome to the GVS Math Challenge! Are you ready to become a GVS Math Maverick?
All students in grades K-6 are invited to participate in the Math Challenge at GVS. The program is completely FREE, and no sign-up is necessary. This is a great opportunity for families to be involved and enjoy math through fun and engaging math problems. We encourage families and siblings to get involved in discussing and solving these challenges.
Students are encouraged to utilize problem solving strategies such as draw a picture or model, make an organized list, look for a pattern, and guess and check. You can submit your solutions online using this form or deliver the challenge to the bin by the Front Office at school. Students who participate in the challenge will receive recognition and become a GVS Math Maverick!
