We’re excited to announce the Bradford Rocks Math Challenge Program—an optional enrichment opportunity designed to spark curiosity and strengthen problem-solving skills through fun and engaging math challenges.
How It Works
This program is about more than just math—it’s about building a community of thinkers. We hope families will enjoy tackling the problems together, celebrating effort, and having fun along the way.

How It Works
- The program runs from September 12 through May, with 15 challenge sets offered throughout the year.
- Each set includes 10–18 problems at varying levels of difficulty, suitable for students in grades 1–5 (kindergarteners are welcome to give it a try!).
- Challenges will be handed out every other week. They can be picked up on the bulletin board in the lobby or accessed online (click the "Current Math Challenge" button).
- Students may complete the challenges on their own or collaborate with classmates or family members.
- Completed challenges should be submitted to the basket on The Learning Nook door by the due date.
- To encourage participation, the class with the highest number of submissions will earn a Blue Bradford Rocks Rock, and the second-place class will earn a Yellow Rock.
