General Information
Welcome to the VanGorden Math Path Challenge Program! We are so excited for our school to embark on a math problem-solving journey together. The goal of our Math Path is to spark mathematical curiosity and grow a creative math-thinking community. Let’s stretch our math minds and have some fun together along the way!
Throughout the school year, there will be 15 sets of challenges that will push your math thinking. Each challenge will have 18 problems which will increase in level of difficulty as you go along. You can pick up printed copies from Mrs. Hall in the hub. You have the option to work on the challenges individually or team up with your classmates or family members. It's always more fun to tackle problems together! You can solve in any order and skip around. Solve as many problems as you can and ask for help if you need it. The Math Challenge is supposed to be fun! Productive struggle is good but stop before that struggle turns to frustration. Have fun and good luck Eagles!
